Ms. Smith has been practicing law since 1986. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Smith worked for a large Florida law firm representing investors and developers in a variety of complex business and real estate transactions. Ms. Smith previously practiced in Wisconsin where she was a named partner in a boutique business law firm. Ms. Smith’s multifaceted experience and extensive work with business owners, developers and lenders affords to her clients the benefit of her broad understanding of the numerous aspects of a particular transaction. She provides her clients with legal counsel and practical advice in matters relating to commercial and residential real estate holdings, closely held businesses, landlord-tenant issues, estate and succession planning, and probate. She is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
